Karen joined After, Inc. in 2005 with 20+ years of experience in the design and execution of data driven direct marketing applications for leaders in retail, financial and insurance industries. Karen has extensive expertise in campaign management and demonstrated success working directly with letter shops, printers and the USPS to create and implement cost effective, profitable programs. Since joining After, Inc., Karen has applied her experience to lead After’s Warranty Client Service and Marketing Operations teams. Karen’s teams have demonstrated success launching new solutions for extended service contract marketing for manufacturers and retailers, including direct and email, eCommerce applications, call center management, and mail and lock-box processes.
Prior to joining After, Inc., Karen held management positions in client services at Harte Hanks and analytic services at Donnelley Marketing and Strategic Mapping, Inc.
Karen completed her undergraduate (BA) and graduate work in Sociology and Social Research at University of Hartford in Connecticut.
