Warranty Chain Management (WCM) Conference

The Warranty Chain Management Conference was held on March 11, 2015 in Miami, FL, and After was there to represent our unique approach to warranty analytics, marketing and administration.

The conference was a great opportunity to meet and speak with clients, partners and industry insiders.  Here are just some of the highlights:

– After representatives met with several potential strategic partners in the underwriting industry, some of which have led to joint engagements which are in process now.
– Nathan Baldwin, EVP of Sales for After introduced Michael Shene and Dan Hulkower as critical new members of the After team.  Mike and Dan have joined After in business development roles, and both have extensive experience in the warranty marketing space.
– Tara Piazza, EVP Operations at After presented the Consumer Insights into Extended Service Contracts, which was attended by just under 100 people and received much positive feedback.  For a review of Tara’s presentation, please feel free to download it here:  WCM 2015 Consumer Insights S5T2.
– And lastly, Paul Swenson, VP Aftermarket Solutions organized a dinner for the After team, along with many of our existing clients and prospects, including John Deere, Polaris, HP, Kohler, The Source, Volvo Bus and Samsung.  (See picture below)
