Paul Swenson of After, Inc. wins the GWSCA Warranty Pioneer Award
After, Inc. is proud and excited to announce that our own Paul Swenson, EVP Business Development, was recognized by his peers with the Warranty Pioneer Award on September 22nd at the GWSCA (Global Warranty and Service Contract Association) Conference held in Chicago. The GWSCA Conference is an industry event focused on the warranty and service contract management space.
Paul has lived and breathed warranties and service contracts for decades. Prior to his extended tenure at After Inc., Paul has held a variety of leadership positions in related industries, including President and CEO of Aon Innovative Solutions, an officer of Virginia Surety, and VP of Warranty Administration for Circuit City Stores. He previously served in management positions at such firms as Frito-Lay, Procter & Gamble, and Citicorp.
Paul has been helping clients make the most of their warranty programs for years, and is an encyclopedia of knowledge around warranty risk structures, warranty analytics, warranty marketing and warranty administration. I’ve heard Paul speak at conferences, and joke how “no one goes to school for warranty management”. The irony is that if there was a school for warranty management, Paul would most likely be the headmaster!
